Well it's an election year and if your the shamelessly unethical GOParty of Dirty Tricks, who Relies on Lies and believes that the End Justifies, NO REQUIRES, The Means, what do you do? You Commit Fraud, of course!

The National Republicon Congressional Committee hes set up dozens of fake campaign websites specifically designed to DEFRAUD Americans by tricking them into donating Their Money to the Slitherin Snakes in the Grass (GOPsters) instead of their intended beneficiary.

EXCERPT: "It turns out that the political organization has purchased over a dozen domain names of Democratic candidates up for election and set up real-looking-but-fake websites. The worst part of all – besides the blatant deception and malice for the electorate – is that fact that since it has been exposed, the NRCC has stated that they are “very proud of the program” and have promised to expand it. It seems they can’t even be shamed into stopping their borderline fraud." END

GOPride in their Deception and Malice, is Anyone surprised by this? These people Have No Shame! In fact they plan on rolling out more of these Fraudulent Websites as midterms approach.

And of course we have the cowed mainstream media obligatory attempt to seem "fair" by making a false equivalency with out a shred of evidence to back it up. EXCERPT: "These Republicans are far from the only group to engage in behavior like this – questionable campaign tactics are expected from both parties." END

Really!? Can we get some real examples of Democrats or affiliated groups engaging in serial election fraud? I can think of one, the tire slashing incident in Milwaukee back in what, 2004? That was local, isolated, not sanctioned by the party and they got caught and Punished, thank you very much. On the other hand, I can think numerous, repeated, regional and national examples from the GOPster groups and the GOParty directly, like the case we're examining here, right from the GOPlutocracy Top, the NRCC.

And this is just the beginning, soon we'll see the perennial attempts to misinform voters about when they can vote, where they can vote and to scare voters with false information about who is eligible to vote and the associated penalties. Of course voting machines will be in short supply in heavily democratic districts in battleground states, and others may be hacked. Perhaps we'll see a return of the denial of service attacks against Democratic call centers and the purging of voter rolls. And of course the Unpatriotic attempt by Fork Tongued Ones to disenfranchise voters with false claims of voter fraud, when it is THEY who are the Fraudsters, has been in full swing since the Bush/Rovian U.S. Attorneys scandal and got a recent shot in the arm by the Extreme Court Judicial Hacktivist repeal of the part of the Voting Rights Act.

Well all I can say is that if you're foolish enough to turn your country over to people who are ethically bankrupt and power hungry enough to commit fraud to get elected, you're probably also foolish enough to be surprised when they defraud you through your government and rob you of your representation. You might as well give the keys to America to Nigerian Scam Artists! 

Walker Wins BAP's Forked Tongue & Fangs Award!

Yup, it does have to suck to be a Republicon. Having to lie constantly to advance, but not reveal their Hidden Agendas has Got to be Exhausting! In fact I believe it gets to be habit forming. As this week's example I offer our own Gubnah of Wiscossippi, Scott Walker who claimed in a recent interview that he voted for Ronald Reagan.

EXCERPT: "I remember, I was a teenager, had just become a teenager and voted for Ronald Reagan — limited government, you know, smaller government, lower taxes, strong national defense." 

The problem is that Walker was born November 2, 1967 and was not 18 and eligible to vote until 1985 and therefore could not have legally voted for Reagan in either 1980 or 1984. One might think that Walker's admission yields the long-sought success in the nearly fruitless Republicon quest to find fraudulent voters to justify their Hidden Agenda of Voter Suppression. But the truth is that Walker is now a habitual liar, he can't help it anymore, and this is just one more notch in his belt on his way to the Fabricator's a Hall of Fame!

Therefore, in recognition of the dogged pursuit of his Quest for the Hole-ly Fail, Scott "Full O Fertilizer" Walker has become the latest recipient of BAP's coveted Forked Tongue & Fangs Award!

Vulture Vos to Vanquish Voters!

When Robin "Vulture" Vos touts "Our Fall Agenda" who do you suppose he means? Could Vos, Wisconsin's Public Sector Chairman for the fascist American Legislative Exchange Council (fALEC), be referring to his Corporate Masters? One of the items on the agenda to be rammed through Vos' Gerrymandered Illegitimate Legislature in the Badgered State is a perennial favorite of the folks at fALEC, Voter Suppression.

Of course the Vulture portrays his picking at the carcass of democracy as promoting election integrity, but even he doesn't believe that non-sense. That's for the consumption of the indoctrinants of the Cult of Con who uncritically accept one of the Whackiest Conspiracy Theories ever dreamed up. A Federal Judge appointed by Ronald Reagan even admitted recently that He Was Wrong when he ruled to uphold Indiana's Voter ID law stating; “I plead guilty to having written the majority opinion,” Posner wrote in his new book, “Reflections on Judging.” He said that the Indiana law in the Crawford case is “a type of law now widely regarded as a means of voter suppression rather than of fraud prevention.”

And to what does Mr. Vos point to justify placing road blocks in the way of the legitimate right to vote of thousands Wisconsin's citizens? One man, ONE! One man who was dumb, drunk and high enough to vote twice in last year's election, get Caught and go to Jail for it! One vote out of 3,028,951 cast. Why that's 0.00003%! At that rate, it's not clear how we will ever have faith again in our elections again!? What IS clear is that Vulture Vos, Gerrymanderer and fALEC corporate shill has no interest in representative democracy and No Shame.

2 Dozen Clues that You Might be Dumb Enough to Vote Republicon

Once again the Republicons are attacking democracy. You see, lying, manipulating, gerrymandering and voter suppression are the only ways this minority minority party can win. I say minority because that is who they now represent, a very small but wealthy and powerful minority. The Republicon Party long ago abandoned their belief representative democracy. They believe in only one thing, power. That is why within hours of the supreme court judicial hactivists striking down the voting rights act that was just re-ratified by the people's representatives in Congress, Texas Republicons moved to implement the most restrictive voting law in the country.

Not to be out done, the GOPsters in North Carolina crafted an even more effective voter suppression tool for their beleaguered state. And Republicons all across the country, including the those in the Badgered state have moved to advance their hidden agenda (because everything the Cons do has a hidden agenda, EVERYTHING!), based on a wild conspiracy theory about massive voter fraud committed on a perennial basis by a busloads of brown people and swallowed hook, line and sinker by manipulated masses that constitute the Republicon's base. The mechanics of this theory are so ridiculously improbable that you'd have to be completely thoughtless or just plain stupid to believe it. Just how stupid and thoughtless? Let's examine. If you believe that:

1) Every election year brown people travel all over your state casting multiple fraudulent votes for democrats, you might be dumb enough to vote Republicon.

2) Would be fraudsters are capable of pulling off this feat undetected and never getting caught, you might be dumb enough to vote Republicon..

3) It's possible to coordinate getting all the forged documents necessary for all these people to register at the polls you might be dumb enough to vote Republicon.

4) Would be fraudsters never run into poll workers who know they don't live at the addresses they attempting to use, you might be dumb enough to vote Republicon.

5) Would be fraudsters never try to vote under the name of someone who has already voted, you might be dumb enough to vote Republicon.

6) The actual voter never shows up later to find that someone has already voted in their name, you might be dumb enough to vote Republicon  (DETVR).

7) The fraudsters never run into poll workers who know the real voter in whose name they're attempting to vote, you might be DETVR.

8) Lots of people would break the law and risk a felony conviction with no chance of direct personal gain to get a job for someone they don't even know personally, you might be DETVR.

9) Lots of people would go to all this trouble and risk with no way of knowing if their effort is even needed to win or if it will be enough to be successful, you might be DETVR.

10) Such a wide spread and complicated conspiracy would never get infiltrated, you might be DETVR.

11) Such a wide spread conspiracy would be able to maintain operational secrecy and never have anyone squawk, you might be DETVR.

12) A few people who vote while on probation or parole constitutes wide spread fraud or a threat to election integrity, you might be DETVR.

13) A few people voting while on probation or parole would be identified and stopped by voter ID, you might be DETVR.

14) Everyone lives like you do and has or needs a drivers license or photo ID, you might be DETVR.

15) Getting to the DMV to get a photo ID  is easily done by the working poor without a car, you might be DETVR.

16) DMVs have are open during convenient hours and are located nearby people with available public transportation all over your state, you might be DETVR.

17) People who traditionally vote at rates lower than the the general population would be motivated to incur the expense, hassle and risk to engage in a wide spread conspiracy to commit fraud every election day, you might be DETVR.

18) The the reason Republicon Party has never offered a reward for the exposure of vote fraud conspiracies is because they just don't have the money, you might be DETVR.

19) The Republicon Party wouldn't trumpet the news all over the media if in fact they were ever able to catch the supposed perpetrators and expose this massive scheme, you might be DETVR.

20) You're important and special enough that it might be your personal vote, out of millions, that might be cancelled, and that justifies putting road blocks in front of tens of thousands of your fellow citizens right to cast their vote, you might be DETVR!

21) Brown people who are transported to the polls in vans must not be legitimate voters, you might be DETVR.

22) The Republicon Party leadership actually believes the wild conspiracy theory that they're foisting on you, you might be DETVR.

23) Photo ID is about election integrity and not voter suppression, you're definitely DETVR.

24) Interfering with the right of citizens to legitimately cast their vote isn't just down right Un-American, you're a complete moron!

Voting Rights - A 50 State Strategy!

The Fifty-State Strategy: In light of the Robed Reactionary Judicial Hactivists on the U.S. Extreme Court gutting voting protections from the Voting Rights Act and knowing that the Republicon traitors are intent on enacting voter suppression laws in every state of the union, the Democrats need to adopt a fifty state strategy!

Instead of updating and fixing the Voting Rights Act as it was formulated, focused on the Jim Crow states of the south, the Democratic Party needs to put forth federal legislation that protects the voting rights of All Americans in Every State, TODAY, from the Neo-Jim Crow GOPsters. Keenly aware that demographics are against them and their Corporate Sponsors, the Republicons will Hiss and Writhe at this idea and they will fight it with all the Venomous Malice they can Muster.

Let them! Let these Pseudo-patriots expose their Fangs and openly oppose the right of All American Citizens to Vote and see where that gets them!

Let's see the Democratic Party do something ballsy, smart and quite frankly, Patriotically American and step down hard on the necks of these Vipers and make their Forked Tongues Loll!

Wisconsin Food Deserts & A Place at the Table

Documentary - A Place at the Table

Sometimes things just seem to converge for a reason. Recenlty BAP Steering decided to work on presenting a new documentary film about the hunger crisis in Merica, entitled - A Place At The Table. It's not that we don't have enough food in America, it's that we have too much poverty. The showing is set for 7:00 June 4th at the Plaza Theater in Burlington. Admission is free, but donations are accepted to cover costs. Our costs are also defrayed by by concession sales, so have a beer/wine and some popcorn. Students are encouraged to attend without donation. Please also bring non-perishable food items for donation to Love, Inc. Check out the the trailer starring The Dude! AND see the two women behind this effort on the Daily Show!

At the same time Build a Better Burlington member Karen Tolle is working with student volunteers to grow vegetables for Love, Inc. on the grounds of the 1st Methodist Church here in Burlington. We hear the Karen has absolutely beautiful plot plans and that she is going well beyond tossing a few seeds into the earth. Also the Michael Fields Institute in East Troy will be hosting a Summer Film Series that focuses mostly on food safety and availability issues and kicks off Friday June 21st, 7:00 pm with Genetic Roullette: The gamble of our lives, about the dangers of GMO foods.

Meanwhile, out of touch congressional Republicons say let them eat cake as they push for even deeper cuts to the food stamp program than in last year's farm bill. They don't care that 1 of 2 American children will have to rely on food assistance at some point, that 50 million Americans need charity for their food or that food insecurity exists in every county in the U.S. They're too fetus focused to care about actual thinking, feeling Humans Being!

And THEN! Last week, Wisco Republican Representative Dean Kaufert of Neenah got a bill passed through the Wiscossippi Assembly that would require food stamp recipients to spend at least two-thirds of their food budget on "healthy" food. The bill would even treat organic milk and sharp cheddar cheese as junk food - In Wisconsin! Wait, I thought Republicons hated the "Nanny State"? Oh but of course, they Love the "Abusive Father State". You'll do what I say is good for you and you'll like it, or else! . . .

We all wish everyone would eat more healthily, right? But there are Food Deserts present in both urban and rural portions of Wisconsin. You can investigate where these deserts are on the USDA's interactive Food Access Research Atlas.

WI GOP Poll Watchers Mislead by Fearless Leader!

NOTE: The bullet list immediately above is a power point slide from a recent Romney Poll Observer training session in Racine. Note that the trainees are directed to sign in not as representatives of the Romney Campaign or the GOP, which they clearly are, but as concerned citizens. This little but of subterfuge must have a purpose, like allowing them to pack more of their people into a polling station as the Chief Election Inspector has a right to limit the number of reporesentatives of any one group at her polling place.

Seems Republicon poll watchers are being given inaccurate and incomplete information about who can vote and what proof of residency is sufficient to excercise the right on which ALL OTHER RIGHTS of Americans stand, the right to vote.

They're also telling their poll watchers to lie when checking in at the polls, to not identify as a Republicon or a representative of the Romney Campaign. That of course will give the GOPsters and the Romney campaign plausible deniability when one of their volunteers, amped up on the Cult of Con voter fraud mythology, goes ape shit, intimidates voters and disrupts the polling place because someone gets to vote that they don't believe should, based on the bad information they've been fed by the campaign. Ya know, kinda like what went on in Racine back in June.

Republicons can't win on the merit of their values and ideas. That's why they lie, hide (or change) their agenda during elections (aka Gubna Romnesia & Scooter Walker) and perenially engage in efforts to mislead voters on who, what, when, where and how to vote in order to supress legitimate voters who don't like to vote for Con artists.
