Because it create jobs, because it cuts energy use and supports domestic energy, and brings the infrastructure of the future to our state -- all of which will make Wisconsin a better place to live and build a business. Plus, if we don't do it, the federal money for it will leave and go elsewhere. Good for business, good for the environment, good for Wisconsin.

Stephen, why would anyone pay $120 round trip to regularly take a train from Milwaukee to Madison when they can take a bus for $40 (less if you buy the ticket over the internet)?
